Our founder, Lucas Dowd, brings a wealth of experience from his years in the industry, where he observed a gap between companies' claims of being "customer obsessed" and the reality of their actions. Driven by a desire to bridge this gap, Lucas established Authentic Cyber to offer a truly authentic approach to customer service.

With a background that spans two decades and includes roles at leading security companies like RSA, Microsoft, Google, and Palo Alto Networks, Lucas has a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape. He leverages this expertise and his extensive network to provide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
